📋 Job Overview
As a Senior SAP ABAP MDG Developer at IBM Consulting, you will work on the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions, focusing on the SAP ABAP MDG framework. You will collaborate with clients and teams to drive innovation and support their hybrid cloud and AI journeys across various industries.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the software development lifecycle including design, code implementation, testing, and support
- Assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of SAP ABAP skills including Object-Oriented ABAP and RICEFW
- Collaborate with business consultants, project team, and client resources to define, detail, and scope technical requirements into solution architecture
- Contribute to the design and development of standard integration methods like iDocs, BAPIs & Webservices
✅ Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP ABAP implementations from project preparation to go-live as developer or consultant
- Experience with SAP ABAP MDG framework
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments
- Experience with WRICEF and their use in SAP implementation
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies like Agile
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams
