- Guide cross-functional teams in delivering secure, high-quality technology solutions
- Champion Agile principles and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability
- Ensure successful delivery of complex, mission-focused initiatives
- Serve as a coach and servant leader, helping teams adopt and mature Agile practices
- Remove impediments and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies
- Ensure alignment between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders
