  • Provide development and maintenance support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization
  • Design and develop customized reports by applying code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment
  • Implement and customize different ServiceNow modules as needed
  • Utilize strong knowledge of Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Flow Designer/Workflow Editor, Glide API, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with FSM-specific modules including Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Dispatcher Workspace, Scheduling and Optimization Engine, Field Agent Mobile App, Territory and Resource Management, Skills & Resource Matching
