  • Defining and detailing the scope of technical requirements into solution architecture
  • Driving an independent project from an architectural standpoint
  • Understanding client's business challenges and offering solutions to address business needs
  • Providing advisory to clients on their ServiceNow roadmap
  • Actively participating in understanding customer problems
  • Developing relationships with technical and business leaders at the customer site
  • Managing technical governance, and a delivery operating model
  • Driving complex issues through analysis and resolution

  • Strong development experience in ServiceNow Platform features

  • Experience coordinating with other process and integration owners
  • Fluent and written English
