🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, configure, and maintain systems for the IBM client business
- Lead the problem resolution process for clients, from analysis and troubleshooting to deploying software updates and fixes
✅ Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
- Expertise in automation tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Proficiency in languages like Python, Go, or Bash for automation and scripting tasks
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus and Grafana
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP) and security best practices
- Experience in managing both SQL and NoSQL databases
