🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software products
- Work closely with development teams to design and implement functional and non-functional tests
- Support test-driven development frameworks and ensure quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle
- Develop comprehensive test plans and execute test cases
- Implement and integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions
- Understand the scope of testing and relate test cases to project requirements
- Spot holes in test coverage and identify blind spots in test suites
✅ Required Qualifications
- Experience writing tests from scratch in at least one programming language (Java or Python)
- Strong background in software development with expertise in programming languages such as Python or Java
- Experience and working knowledge of different test methodologies (unit, integration, functional, performance, regression)
- Ability to operate in a Linux/Unix environment, including command line interface usage
- Experience with standard development tools such as git, CI/CD, code coverage
