📋 Job Overview
As a Hardware Test Developer at IBM, you will work on innovative and reliable systems, focusing on quality assurance and test development for storage hardware products like IBM FlashCore Modules and Storage Scale Systems. Your role involves designing automated tests, executing test cases, and enhancing test automation within CI/CD pipelines, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure products meet high quality standards.
📍 Location: GUADALAJARA, MX (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Designing automated tests to validate new product features
- Executing test cases within a test-driven framework
- Identifying and redesigning inefficiencies, weak spots, and issues with current test implementation
- Working closely with FlashSystem and Storage Scale development teams and other test engineers
- Test Plan Development, Test Case Execution, Automation Testing, Data Creation
- Incorporating test automation in the CI/CD pipelines
- Articulating and comparing alternative approaches
✅ Required Qualifications
- Experience with embedded development in C, Python, Java, etc.
- Experienced in automating testcases using Python, Java, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Advanced English level
- Motivated, hardworking, and a quick learner
- Willing to assist larger teams when needed
- Required to come to the office a minimum of 3 days a week

- Knowledge and Test experience in Flash Systems, Storage Scale Systems, or other Storage products
