- Reviewing customers’ environment to ensure it meets all pre-requisites
- Helping define customers’ Agentic AI use cases
- Helping assess customers Agentic AI application requirements
- Assisting customers with designing and implementing Agentic AI applications
- Participating in workshops to help customers understand advantages of proposed solutions and best practice approaches to Agentic AI

- Background in LLM AI models and platforms (e.g., watsonx.ai)
- Background with conversational and agentic AI
- Background with software development (Java, Python)
- Ability to understand customer requirements and pain points and apply AI to address them
