📋 Job Overview

As a Senior Process Analyst in IBM's Order to Cash (O2C) team, you will manage accounts receivable processes, including cash applications and account reconciliations, while working in shifts. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance cash application automation and meet client SLAs, contributing to IBM's mission of digital transformation across industries.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Accounts Receivable - posting and balancing daily cash applications
  • Preparing journal entries, filing records, and general account reconciliations
  • Analysis of receivable accounts, investigation of entries, and pulling audit prep work
  • Involvement in getting instructions, direct Debit run, rejection of Direct Debit, and Oracle updating
  • Investigating unapplied payments, rectifying them, and ensuring proper allocation
  • Providing information relating to customer payments, refunds, and other miscellaneous accounts receivables questions
  • Adhering to client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and timelines

  • Commerce graduate
  • 3-6 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C)
  • Basic accounting knowledge
