- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including passive candidate search, scouting, communication with candidates and hiring managers, and offer extension
- Collaborate with recruiters in Japan, sourcers, and coordinators in Malaysia and other locations
- Drive hiring efforts to attract and hire qualified talents for IBM Japan Group
✅ Required Qualifications
- 3 years or more of experience in Talent Acquisition, including direct sourcing activities
- Experience leading a team of approximately 5 members as a sub-leader under a team leader
- Close-to-native level of Japanese language proficiency
- Business level of English language proficiency
- Interest in IT & Consulting industries
