As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for IBM Japan Group based in Malaysia, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer extension. Collaborating with a global team, you will drive hiring efforts and contribute to shaping IBM's future by attracting top talent. This role requires fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including passive candidate search, scouting, communication with candidates and hiring managers, and offer extension
  • Collaborate with recruiters in Japan, sourcers, and coordinators in Malaysia and other locations
  • Drive hiring efforts to attract and hire qualified talents for IBM Japan Group

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 3 years or more of experience in Talent Acquisition, including direct sourcing activities
  • Experience leading a team of approximately 5 members as a sub-leader under a team leader
  • Close-to-native level of Japanese language proficiency
  • Business level of English language proficiency
  • Interest in IT & Consulting industries
