📋 Job Overview

As a Recruiting Selection Specialist at IBM, you will execute various recruiting strategies to identify, screen, and deliver high-quality, diverse talent to meet business hiring demands. You will be the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, supporting full-life cycle hiring in one of IBM's global hub locations. This role requires continuous learning and leveraging innovative approaches to enhance the hiring process.

📍 Location: Multiple Locations (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Works with Hiring Managers and Senior Client Search Leads to understand hiring needs
  • Works with massive and complex - hard to fill positions
  • Works as a Consultive Talent Acquisition professional leading conversations with key stakeholders from IBM Consulting or similar
  • Utilize Talent Market Insight Reports and Direct Recruitment - Sourcing
  • Leverages market expertise in distinct strategic skills to identify and acquire best in class talent
  • Accountable for keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately always updated
  • Develops candidate interest for available positions
  • Identifies target companies, user groups, professional associations which could inform search parameters
  • Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate data integrity and system integrations
  • Uses Data/Insights/KPI’s to inform and improve search/hiring results to the business
  • May guide other team members to help generate candidate pipeline
  • Managing deadlines and working proactively
  • Curiosity, Team Focused & Growth Mindset
  • Working in collaboration with a team and stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to change and be outcome focused

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (advanced level of spoken and written)
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience working on end to end hiring process and managing high volumes as a Recruiter
  • Expertise managing hiring processes for IBM Consulting Business Unit or similar
  • 2 to 3 years of experience recruiting for America's markets such as: LA, US and/or Canada
  • Experience using online sourcing techniques
  • Experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers from IBM Consulting Business Unit or similar
  • Ability to effectively learn new processes and tools
  • Ability to work following metrics / KPIs and to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools
  • Expertise communicating with various stakeholders
