As a Talent Attraction Specialist at IBM for the APJC region, you will be part of a scrum team focused on recruiting top talent across all business units. Your role involves guiding candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment lifecycle, designing creative sourcing strategies, and managing hiring processes from search initiation to offer acceptance. This position emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with various Talent Acquisition roles to support service transformation.

  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the full recruiting lifecycle
