📋 Job Overview

The Technical Sales Specialist- Security and Networking at IBM focuses on driving customer adoption of IBM's Infrastructure Delivery Automation portfolio in the Israeli market. The role involves building trusted technical relationships, demonstrating product expertise, and articulating the business value of IBM solutions to potential clients. Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions, delivering presentations and demonstrations, and running Proofs of Concept (POCs).

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive direct customer adoption of IBM’s Infrastructure Delivery Automation portfolio
  • Build trusted technical relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate deep product expertise and articulate business value
  • Lead technical discussions and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations
  • Run Proofs of Concept (POCs) and position IBM competitively
  • Collaborate with IBM’s partner ecosystem, Customer Success Managers, client engineering, and local sales team
  • Develop deep expertise in IBM Automation software and stay current on competitive landscape
  • Engage with customers to understand their challenges and position IBM offerings
  • Influence customers’ reference architectures and decision criteria
  • Work with CSMs and client engineering for post-sale adoption and value realization
