Technology Lifecycle Services Renewals Intern – Entry Level Sales Program 2026

📋 Job Overview

As a TLS Intern at IBM, you will support the Technology Lifecycle Services team in driving renewals and expansions across IBM's client portfolio. This role offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, client engagement, and internal collaboration within a global technology company. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop foundational skills in sales execution and client relationship building.

📍 Location: Multiple Locations (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in account planning and stakeholder coordination for TLS renewals and expansions
  • Support the identification of opportunities for service uplift, expansion, and winback
  • Collaborate with internal IBM teams such as Brand Sales Specialists, Deal Makers, Ecosystem Sales Specialists, and Customer Success Managers
  • Learn to use IBM sales tools and CRM systems to track and manage opportunities
  • Participate in client conversations under guidance, helping to prepare materials and follow-ups
  • Gain exposure to IBM’s Technology Lifecycle Services portfolio and understand its value proposition
  • Develop foundational skills in sales execution, pipeline management, and client relationship building
  • Learn how to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in a technology sales environment
