📋 Job Overview
As a Senior Penetration Tester at IBM X-Force Red, you will conduct penetration tests on various technologies to identify and help remediate security vulnerabilities. You'll work with a team of experienced hackers to enhance organizational security, deliver reports, and advise clients on findings and recommendations. This role also involves contributing to new project acquisitions by understanding and proposing X-Force Red's offerings.

- Conduct network vulnerability assessments and penetration tests
- Perform Web application vulnerability assessments and penetration tests
- Execute mobile application penetration tests
- Conduct threat-led penetration tests (TLPT)
- Participate in red team exercises
- Create reports and advise clients on findings and recommended actions
- Understand and support proposals for X-Force Red offerings to acquire new projects
✅ Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of practical experience in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on networks and Web/Mobile applications
- 3+ years of practical experience in threat-based penetration testing and red team exercises
- Possession of highly regarded penetration testing certifications such as OSCP or OSEP from Offsec
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of security-related certifications like CISSP
- Experience in proposal activities within the offensive security field
- TOEIC score of 730 or equivalent English proficiency
