  • Documenting troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and problem resolution steps for future reference.
  • Providing best practice recommendations and knowledge transfer to promote product adoption.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to escalate customer issues to support and product teams.
  • Delivering effective technical and customer support to global clients across diverse industries.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Engineer, Technical Customer Success, or Post-Sales Engineer, providing hands-on support for enterprises of all sizes.
  • Proven technical knowledge in Networking, Microsoft Windows Servers, and Active Directory (Microsoft MVP in Active Directory highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with protocols such as Kerberos, LDAP/S, and NTLM.
  • Knowledge of security or networking solutions, particularly UEBA, SIEM, IAM, or PAM domains.
  • Experience with virtual and public/private cloud deployments, including Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Enterprise security-related experience, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to conceptualize and deliver solutions.
  • Experience documenting technical issues and guiding technical teams and customers.
  • Clear and professional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to technical, management, and C-suite audiences.
