• Own On Time Performance (OTP): Monitor and ensure shipments from assigned origins hit DCs on schedule.
• Master Daily Operations: Familiarize with Asia origin activities across all ship modes.
• Manage End-to-End Processes: Handle PO predictability from factory handover to arrival estimates.
• Optimize Shipping: Streamline order approvals and leverage carrier schedules for lead time reductions.
• Collaborate Proactively: Partner with Production teams on schedules, capacities, and issue escalation.
• Enforce Policies: Work with vendors on Lululemon's production, logistics, and IT systems.
• Boost Efficiencies: Foster high collaboration for freight improvements and initiatives.
• Mitigate Risks: Advise on market changes, origin spend, and localized export procedures.
• Review Performance: Coordinate vendor and service provider evaluations.
