Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven Incident Manager experience (escalations handling is highly preferred).

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scripting in Python, JavaScript, or shell.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze system interdependencies and correlate behaviors during incidents.
  • Track record of delivering technical projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
