What are my responsibilities?

  • Systematically track actions in project and change management initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication with process owners and share the necessary information.
  • Contribute to quality and process improvement activities.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and propose solutions.
  • Facilitate collaboration on multidisciplinary projects that require teamwork and leadership.
  • Plan, execute, and measure manufacturing and process improvement projects.
  • Develop time and action plans to ensure progress in line with the project schedule.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders; provide regular reporting to managers.
  • Apply methodologies and lean manufacturing principles; perform value stream mapping and process mapping.
  • Develop improvement proposals using digital tools and integrate AI/analytic approaches into business processes.
  • Manage projects and track actions effectively.
  • Coach and support improvement teams.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Willingness to integrate AI/analytic solutions into business processes.
  • Knowledge and experience in lean manufacturing (Preferably 2+ years experienced)
  • Data-driven decision making and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to systematically track actions in project and change management.
  • Stakeholder management and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork and leadership; ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with digital tools: comfortable using platforms like Power Platform.
  • Time management and prioritization; goal-oriented work.
  • Quality and process improvement orientation; continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proactivity and high self-discipline.
  • Technical/business English, including technical communication skills.
