Position Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Reliability Tech I-III role in Neenah, WI, reports to the Maintenance Lead and focuses on proactive maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality, efficient production. This 3rd shift position (8:45 pm - 5:00 am) requires overtime flexibility, emphasizing safety, quality, productivity, and a strong work ethic in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain auxiliary equipment to support production needs.
- Repair utility and facility equipment as directed.
- Assist and train maintenance team on repairs, PMs, and rebuilds.
- Collaborate across departments for proactive issue resolution.
- Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.
- Manage small equipment upgrade projects.
- Uphold Sonoco’s quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial or military experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, industrial and motor controls.
- Physical ability to use lifts/ladders, kneel/bend/twist, and lift 50 lbs.
- Self-starter capable of independent work on off-shifts with overtime/weekends.
