Position Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician I-III reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on proactive maintenance to ensure high-quality, efficient production. Primarily 1st shift with overtime flexibility including weekends. Earn $27.26–$39.76/hour based on experience in this safety-first, productivity-driven role.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion safety by following policies, leading by example, and reducing risks in behavior, equipment, and processes.
- Develop and execute preventive/predictive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly, implement corrections, and document procedures to avoid repeats.
- Collaborate with operations to address equipment conditions impacting safety, quality, or productivity.
- Engage in FMEA, RCCA, and Analytical Troubleshooting for continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed records, exceptional housekeeping, and use proper tools including precision welding.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial or military maintenance experience with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Preferred: PLC troubleshooting, industrial/motor controls.
- Skilled in shop tools (lathes, drills, mills) and reading schematics (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical).
- Physically capable: lift 50 lbs, use ladders/lifts, bend/twist; work off-shifts with overtime.
- Strong work ethic, independent worker, excellent communicator.
