Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Partner closely with sales teams to customize MongoDB solutions for accounts from startups to large enterprises, delivering client presentations and tailored demos.
• Drive sales enablement through technical discovery sessions, proof-of-value implementations, trainings, and comprehensive documentation.
• Translate complex technical patterns like NoSQL data modeling and Atlas architecture into compelling business solutions for diverse audiences.
• Serve as a critical liaison, gathering field feedback to inform Product Management and shape MongoDB's Go-To-Market strategies.
• Generate high-impact content including white papers, blogs, webinars, YouTube videos, and thought leadership speaking engagements.
• Dive deep into MongoDB's product suite, managing your onboarding and prioritizing projects based on industry relevance.
• Mentor pre-sales team members, sharing best practices and proactively creating sales support opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams to research emerging industry trends and build scalable processes for maximum efficiency.
• Play a pivotal role in deal wins by providing specialized expertise in sectors like manufacturing, finance, and healthcare.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 7+ years of tech sector experience with strong programming/software engineering skills for demo development and solution prototyping.
• Foundational data and computer science knowledge, including DBMS, DBaaS, and NoSQL concepts (MongoDB expertise developed on the job).
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills – both oral and technical writing – for customer and partner interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new industries, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive mindset with passion for emerging technologies, customer success, and mentoring junior teammates.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, technical sales support, or industry solutions consulting is highly preferred.
