Also, the candidate will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required Qualifications:• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Houston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Requires working from client premises/office location. This position may require travel in the US.• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.• At least 4 years of experience in Identity Access Management and Active Directory.• Experienced with: Microsoft Active Directory (AD) services, Azure Active Directory, Forest/domain trusts and functional upgrades, and Domain Controller upgrades and migration.• Responsible for AD-integrated services like DNS and Group Policy.• Ensure adherence to Cyber Security Policy, security standards/procedures/guidelines in all daily activities and provide Tier 3 support for the Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), web Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, certificate-based authentication, and PKI infrastructure related, Azure AD authentication technologies, compliance with policies, regulations, and customer requirements.• Perform in Audit and risk assessment activities • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.• Design, implementation, and operation and maintenance related to Identity Access Management and related infrastructure.• Support Service Requests and resolve incidents related to Identity Access Management• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications:• Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation• Extraordinary Planning, Project Management, Coordination, and Analytical skills• Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources• Exceptional Organizational Skills• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently• Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude• Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
