You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Sunnyvale, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education11+ years programming experience out of which at least 4+ years in data science in lead/architect roleProgramming languages: Python, SQL with 5+ years of work experience in developing Production-grade code using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorchProven expertise in classical ML (SVM, k-Nearest Neighbors etc) as well as Deep neural networksExperience in LLM serving with at least one Production grade implementationDeep work experience in at least 1 Cloud platform - AWS, Azure, Google CloudKnowledge of at least one Big data platforms like Apache Hadoop, SparkStrong Unix & CI/CD skillsExperience in at least 1 Gen-AI framework like LangChain, LangGraph etcLead client discussions to understand the client business problems and suggest AI-based solutionsUnderstand the client AI infrastructure and conduct POCs, experiments and showcase value propositionPrepare the architecture and design for complex AI solutions, including data pipelines, model selection, and model servingLead the development and deployment of scalable, robust GenAI solutionsAnalyze client data for trends and patterns and derive actionable insightsMonitoring and optimizing the performance of GenAI models and solutions and ensuring that they adhere to security best practicesCandidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
