The role involves working closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, manage defect fixes and implement functional and technical improvements to existing integrations and applications.Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and VBCSGood understanding of Oracle SaaS modules and their integration touchpointsExposure to REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON and other Saas and PaaS adapters available in OICSupport and execute FBDI (File-Based Data Import) upload processes and related data transformation requirementsMonitor integrations and manage fault handling and resolution in a timely mannerCollaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to existing solutionsIdentify and fix defects, perform RCA and ensure long-term resolutionDeploy changes across development, test and production environments following standard processes.Maintain documentation for technical designs and support proceduresThe job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
