Roles and Responsibilities:Design and develop BPM workflows using APPIANProficiency in Appian's low-code development environment, including process modeling, data management, and user interface design. Familiarity with Appian AI capabilities for automating tasks like document classification and extractionGood understanding and hands-on experience with Appian Automation workflow.Manage and Migrate BPM BAW processes to APPIANExperience with integration with REST API.Strong customer services focus with an ability to respond to changing customer priorities in an agile operating environmentExcellent leadership and communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.Ability to suggest solution/technology alternatives for a given taskAbility to analyze bottlenecks in existing architectures and suggest solutions.Develop low level design documents and review technical documents from Solution Architects for projectsPerform code review and follow iterative development process.Abide by team coding standards, development processes and best practices.Participate in concept and planning stages.Review low level design/user story and write testable code and follow dev ops process.8 - 10 years’ overall experience in IT software design, development and support rolesSkills /Competencies:APPIAN and Business Automation Workflow tools.Experience in migrating BPM processes to APPIAN.Demonstrable experience in using Spring framework and programming using Java, Javascript, nodejs, RESTful APIS, JSON, webservices.Knowledge on the deployments into AWS/Azure Cloud platforms.Experience in implementing Continuous Integration and Delivery using tools like GITHUB, SVN, Bamboo, Stash, Junit, Test Automation, Docker, code review tools.Understanding of platform architecture and technology.Great debugging skills for both client and server-side components.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to deliver to timelines and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and peers.Essential : Knowledge of Banking and Financial services domain is highly desirable, but not essential.Team organization and management, including working with geographically diverse teams.Demonstrated experience in Agile Methodology and usage of Kanban, Sprint boards, Agile ceremonies, etc.Working knowledge in DevOps model.Knowledge on Test Driven Development (TDD) and Business Driven (BDD) approaches.Usage of Test Automation technologies like Junit, Bamboo, Selenium, Mocha etc. Preferred:APPIANREST API integration from BPM workflowsExperience in Java and Business Automation workflowGood in Java Security ConceptsGood in databaseAdditional Skills: Excellent customer interfacing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
