The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global payment systems and financial messaging formats, ensuring operational continuity and efficient incident resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 support for Treasury, Cash & Liquidity Management applications.Diagnose and resolve incidents related to international payment systems.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure platform stability and availability.Analyze and manage issues related to payment and statement formats (MT940, MT942, MT101, PAIN).Document solutions and contribute to continuous process improvement.Ensure compliance with standards such as SWIFT, EBICS, and SEPA.RequirementsTechnical Knowledge:Experience with Treasury, Cash & Liquidity Management systems.Understanding of international payment systems and standards (SWIFT, EBICS, SEPA).Familiarity with payment and statement formats: MT940, MT942, MT101, PAIN.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication with technical and business teams.Nice to Have:Previous experience in L2 support within financial environments.Knowledge of monitoring and ticketing tools.Core CompetenciesAttention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively in global environments.Capability to handle critical situations under pressure.
