The Associate Practice Engagement Manager (APEM) is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope. The APEM works together with their manager to build accounts plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plans. Usually, the APEM handles multiple accounts, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $10 million. We use our unique ‘art of possible’ approach to create a framework that brings together strategic ideas along with powerful data, advanced analytics and AI to create an integrated IT and business blueprint for the enterprise to align priority outcomes.To learn more about Infosys and see our ideas in action please visit us at www.infosys.comRole description:Client relationship management and business development:Manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $ 5M-10M, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close Drive the sales strategy for data and analytics services, and identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific verticalDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline at any given point in time, collaborating closely with vertical sales teams and engaging directly with clientsAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business challenges and requirements. Present tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives, effectively demonstrating the value proposition of our data and analytics servicesClient delivery assurance:Work closely with internal teams, including delivery, consulting, CTO Organization, marketing, AI and analytics team, to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offeringsCollaborate with technology providers and partners to enhance our service capabilities and address client needs comprehensivelyAccount planning and governance:Create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.Performance Tracking:Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue attainment and pipeline growth, bottom-line performance and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiencyRequired Qualifications:Bilingual with strong business Japanese skills (JLPT N1/N2). Must be a Japanese national or have valid work authorization in Japan. Sponsorship is not available at this time.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
