As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology and Test AutomationStrong understanding of testing processes and testing life cyclePreferred Experience:At least 4 years hands on experience in using testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Karate, Playwright, Rest assured.Ability to automate (create, maintain, and execute) end to end tests for UI and API workflowsStrong programming skills in language such as Java, JavaScript with ability to write modular maintainable codeKnowledge of test automation architecture POM or similar design patternsFamiliarity with CI/CD practices integrating automated tests into the pipeline through tools such as Gitlab, JenkinsKnowledge of tools and practices to perform cross-browser testing, visual and performance testing will be an added advantageBasic Linux and SQL experience and working knowledge in Cloud preferably AWS.Knowledge and experience working in Banking domain.Must be Proficient in Agile methodology and experience with Jira, designing Testcases, Test ExecutionThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
