This candidate is responsible for playing the technical role in the setup, support, enhancements, and application integration/migration. The Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Tempe, AZ, or Hartford, CT or Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.At least 6 Implementation and ongoing optimization of cloud-based identity solutions acrossHyperscalers (Azure, AWS & GCP).Configure and manage identity federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID) integrations across multiplecloud applications and third-party systems. Administer Privileged Identity Management.Establish and enforce security policies for user access, roles, and permissions, including multifactorauthentication (MFA) and conditional access rules.Implement and maintain identity governance and lifecycle management practices, ensuringcompliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal teams (security, DevOps, application owners) to ensure properidentity and access management practices across cloud-based environments, ensuringcompliance and reducing security risks.Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve identity-related incidents and servicedisruptions, ensuring minimal impact to users and business operations.Create and update user accounts in cloud applications with a focus on automating the tasks tothe greatest extent possible.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures(SOPs) and best practices for identity management.Execute and support periodic access governance processes.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
