As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing BizTalk-based solutions that connect enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and compliance in a regulated environment.You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, operational excellence, and secure integration practices.Required Qualifications:Candidate can be located anywhere in US.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.Hands-on experience with Microsoft BizTalk ServerStrong understanding of XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and EDI standard. Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware architectureIn order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.Preferred Skills:Experience integrating BizTalk with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Deltek CostpointExposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms and Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, or hybrid cloud integrationProvide day-to-day support for Microsoft BizTalk Server environmentsDesign, develop, and maintain BizTalk orchestrations, pipelines, maps, and schemasTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across ERP, CRM, and third-party systemsMonitor and optimize BizTalk performance and message trackingCollaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support end-to-end workflowsEnsure compliance with aerospace industry standards and internal controlsDocument integration flows, configurations, and support proceduresAerospace or government contracting domain experienceStrong analytical and communication skillsKnowledge of secure messaging and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA)The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In CA/ WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ: $94,000 to $ 131,600. In Washington, DC: $85,700 to $124,600.
