Candidate will be required to travel to different branches of the bank scattered across MN to support the end users with IT-related issues. Should drive. Candidate should monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within Fargo, ND or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the USBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Hands-on experience in EUC and Network support for bank branches.Required to travel to different branches of the bank scattered across MN to support the end users with IT-related issues. Should drive.Hardware support : Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user devices like laptops, desktops, tablets, and printers. Monitors, docking stations.Software support : Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting and fix the softwarePrinter support: Install configure printers at branches and on end points.Service Management: Good knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool to track, monitor and update the tickets assigned.IMAC execution for all EUC hardware and softwareEUC Asset Management: Managing and maintaining inventory of all hardware in stock room and update the status in ServiceNow CMDB.Knowledge of IMACD processes for network devices like routers, switches, access points, video conferences, phones etc. including physical changes as well as configuration support.Knowledge of patching and cabling network devices and configuration support for network devices.Should be able to troubleshoot end user and end device network issues and have knowledge of end device port configuration.Network Asset Management: Managing and maintaining inventory of all hardware in stock room and update the status in ServiceNow CMDB.Patch Management, vulnerability management: Install security patches like Upgrade IOS and apply access list or any other security configurations to remediate vulnerabilities.Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance on network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
