This role is responsible for eliciting, documenting, and refining both business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), strong familiarity with Business Process Modeling (BPM), and proficiency in creating and interpreting UML diagrams. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather business requirements.Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.Write user stories in Gherkin syntax to clearly define acceptance criteria and expected outcomes.Convert UML diagrams into user stories to facilitate understanding and implementation by development teams.Refine and prioritize requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives.Facilitate discussions and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions.Create process maps and diagrams to visualize business processes and identify areas for improvement.Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively.Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for process enhancements.Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst role.Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and work item management.Proficiency in BPMN and UML diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services, compliance, or risk domains.Familiarity with data modeling and API documentation.Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (CSPO, SAFe).Kindly share English profile only, with net salary expectations (renta líquida mensual) About Us Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
