The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, and preferably have industry experience in insurance. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective solutions that align with strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders in both English and Spanish.Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.Support project delivery through requirement validation, testing, and change management.Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.Lead and participate in user story creation, grooming, and detailing sessions with product owners and development teams.Qualifications:Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.Insurance domain understanding is required, with experience working in or with insurance companies.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Skills:Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BPMN is a plus.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
