This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys working closely with stakeholders, and is passionate about improving healthcare through technology. Key Responsibilities • Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical documentation• Support end-to-end clinical trial management processes—from study initiation to closeout—including internal and FDA reporting• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as GCP, Good Documentation Practices, and Clinical Trial Quality guidelines• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions• Perform business analysis and use case modeling to support system design and development• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably within pharma IT platforms Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on clinical systems and healthcare technology• Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows and regulatory requirements• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and business analysis practices• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship Nice to Have Skills • Experience in consulting environments with flexibility to travel• Strong planning, coordination, and analytical capabilities Desired Qualities • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments About UsInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
