Contribute expertise in supporting the development of technical specification Hands on technical development and implementation is required Carry out level 2 and level 3 incident supports for in-production systems and manage end user expectations. Review the Application Development vendors on development and implementation work as requiredSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Strong interpersonal skills; promoting healthy relationships and team dynamics with internal and external stakeholdersWell-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity; strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideasAbility to work well with others and as part of a technical teamExperience in airline industry or customer loyalty program is preferredExperience in programming with languages like Java, Node.js, Python, AWS, DevOps ToolsKnowledge in CI/CD and DevOps mindset and principles of Agile or Lean methodology.Proficient working on different OS & DB platforms, SSO configuration, Client Copy/Export/Import, System Copy/Refresh, Support Pack upgrades, Kernel Upgrades, Add-on installations, Workload Analysis/Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting, etc.Focus on the business and end user’s needs; ability to set expectations and understand end user behaviorGood understanding of technology concepts, trends and capabilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillADDITIONAL SKILLS:Excellent customer interfacing skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.EEO Statement:At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
