The role demands strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and troubleshoot data flows between MyPass and integrated systems.Investigate and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize operational impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Santiago, Perth, India, and other regions.Document technical processes and integration points.Support onboarding of new business units (Chile, India, Australia & Canada).Ensure system scalability and performance as request volumes increase.Required Technical Skills:MuleSoft – Experience with API integrations and flow management.Splunk – Proficiency in log analysis and incident investigation.ServiceNow – Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing systems.SQL – Strong understanding of data querying and relational databases.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of experience in technical support or systems analysis.Experience in enterprise application support, preferably in mining or industrial sectors.Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.Soft Skills:Proactive problem-solving and initiative.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Team-oriented with a global collaboration mindset.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Kindly share English profiles only with monthly salary expectations.
