This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end migration process, ensuring data integrity. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams, requiring strong communication skills and a solid understanding of SuccessFactors data structures.Responsibilities: Plan and execute data migration processes to SAP SuccessFactors (SSFF)Understand data tables, fields, and oversee the cleansing, mapping, and transfer of data from legacy systems to SSFF.Collaborate with the internal migration team to ensure accurate extraction and delivery of data to the team responsible.Align closely with the integration team to maintain data consistency and integrity.Review and provide feedback on Deloitte's migration plans, tools, and methodologies.Document processes and ensure compliance with project standards.Coordinate internal efforts and act as a liaison with key users for validation, planning, and execution of the data strategy. Requirements: Proven experience in data migration projects, ideally within SAP SuccessFactors.Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central and other modules) Advanced English (C1), spoken and written.Proficiency in tools such as SAP Data Services, ETL Tools, advanced Excel.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.SuccessFactors Certification will be a plus.Kindly attach English Profile with gross salary expectations.
