The role requires strong technical acumen in Cloud technologies, DevOps tools, and 3D Product Creation systems, along with proven experience in application support, monitoring, and team coordination.Programming Languages: PythonCloud Platforms: AWS Cloud Services, Microsoft Azure (Enterprise Applications)Monitoring Tools: Lens, OpsGenie, Instana, KibanaContainerization & Orchestration: KubernetesDevOps & CI/CD: Exposure to DevOps tools and pipelinesApplication Support & Management: End-to-end incident management, change management and problem management3D Product Creation & Operations: Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., CLO, Rhino or equivalent), data management, integration with Enterprise systems, and performance monitoringVersion Control & Deployment: BitBucket and JenkinsKey Responsibilities:Support 3D Product Creation, Maintenance, and Operations across design tools—ensuring stable integrations, performance tuning, and smooth data flow between 3D tools and enterprise platforms.Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent fixes for critical and priority issues.Manage coordination between client and team, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on technical priorities.Oversee support team coordination and onsite-offshore collaboration for issue triage and resolution.Participate in DevOps activities, including CI/CD, deployment automation, and environment management.Ensure effective monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools such as Lens, OpsGenie, and Instana.Contribute to Kubernetes cluster management, ensuring scalability and reliability of applications.Collaborate with cloud platform teams (AWS & Azure) for resource optimization, automation, and cost efficiency.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesProvide technical mentorship to team members and ensure adherence to best practices and SLAs.About us:Infosys is a global leader in technology services and consulting.
