Location: Mexico, hybrid workQualifications: Learn the relevant product suite and support onboarding engineering teams onto the platform.Develop Infrastructure as Code using Bicep/Terraform as requested by the delivery team.Monitor support channels, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot reported issues.Address defects as prioritized by the Delivery Team.Write unit, integration, and interoperability tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and recommend testing solutions to the product team.Update product documentation based on priorities set by the Delivery team.Participate in technical discussions and solution design as requested by the Delivery team.Perform other duties as assigned.
