As a Principal Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Consultant - Trusted Advisor to join our team. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance, strategic counsel, and hands-on support to help them achieve their business objectives through impactful digital marketing strategies. You will go beyond tactical execution, building long-term relationships with clients and becoming an extension of their marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 11 years of experience in Information TechnologyThis position may require travel within the US.Strong understanding of Utilties and Digital Technologies is a mandatory skillResponsibilities:Lead digital transformation initiatives within the utility industry.Develop and implement digital strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage digital opportunities.Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies in the utility sector.Provide expert advice on digital solutions and best practices.Manage digital projects from conception to completion.Analyze data to drive decision-making and optimize digital processes.Preferred Qualifications:Proven experience in digital transformation within the utility industry.Strong understanding of digital technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, and data analytics.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience with project management and agile methodologies.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
