Location: BangkokKey Responsibilities:· Design, create and maintain test scenarios/test cases· Execute manual and automated test activities – Non-functional & functional, integration, regression, performance, and other tests as neededDesign, implement, and execute API and backend integration test strategies.Build and maintain automated API test suites using tools such as Postman, REST-assured, or Karate.Perform load, stress, and performance testingCollaborate with developers to identify test requirements and debug backend issues.Validate system and service interactions, data pipelines, and mobile app-backend integrations.Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for test automation and reporting.Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.Document detailed test plans, test cases, and quality metrics.Support accessibility and security testing for backend interfaces.Utilize cloud-based tools and environments for scalable backend testing.· Provide test reports on a regular basis, as required, to QA Team Lead & Customers. Qualifications:5+ years of QA experience, with a focus on backend/API testing.Proficient in REST API testing, JSON/XML, Postman, Swagger, REST-assured, or similar tools.Strong experience in performance testing and benchmarking.Familiar with automation scripting (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).Experience with microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), and databases (SQL/NoSQL).Understanding of mobile app backend integrations and how to validate across layers.Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
