The candidate will bridge functional knowledge in finance to ensure proper configuration, data flow, and compliance across systems.Responsibilities: Analyze and document how SuccessFactors business processes impact financial modules in SAP FI.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT Teams to understand cross-functional requirements. Review current system architecture and propose enhancements to support seamless data flow. Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) related to integration scenarios. Provide input on compliance and audit implications of financial-HR integrations.Ensure data consistency and integrity between systems.Assist and identify gaps and requirements related to financial processes.Document findings, processes, and recommendations clearly. Align finance data handling with SuccessFactors compliance and business needsRequirements: 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and processes.
