The individual will lead, plan, optimize and deliver ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) related solutions & projects. You will have fluency in ServiceNow, which enables you to lead the team and stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customers that leverages industry processes and best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in regulatory compliance, operational risk, and third-party risk, along with a solid understanding of financial regulations.Role expects you to: Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and interpret risk and compliance requirements specific to banking, insurance, asset management, and fintech operations.Architect and configure ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management) aligned with industry regulations and internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT).Partner with governance, audit, compliance, and IT security teams to build automated workflows that monitor control effectiveness and regulatory adherence.Define and implement GRC dashboards and reporting tailored to financial regulatory reporting and executive oversight.Collaborate with platform developers to implement custom solutions where out-of-the-box functionality is insufficient.Train users and stakeholders in IRM functionality and best practices within the financial services context.Stay updated on regulatory changes (e.g., OCC, FDIC, CFPB) and translate them into actionable ServiceNow enhancements.
