The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, reporting, and analytics, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of SAP BW solutions on HANA and BW/4HANA platforms.Develop and optimize BW queries, BEx reports, CDS views, and data models.Manage data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and enhancements using BIW, Open Hubs, and APDs.Integrate reporting tools such as Analysis for Office (AFO) and Power BI.Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide leadership and guidance to offshore teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Support end-to-end project lifecycles, including global/regional rollouts, upgrades, and production support.Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA, BW/4HANA, and Native HANA.Strong expertise in BW Queries, BEx Reporting, CDS Views, and Data Modeling.Experience with ETL processes, Open Hubs, APDs, and data enhancement techniques.Familiarity with Analysis for Office (AFO) and Power BI integration.Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies and SAP best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.Proven ability to lead teams and manage project deliverables across geographies.ABAP knowledge is a strong plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in global SAP rollouts and multi-country implementations.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus.For applying, please share english profile only, with monthly salary expectations.
