You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 7 years of experience with Information TechnologyThis position may require travel to Project / client locations. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Required Qualifications -Experience in SAP Security in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deploymentAt least 7 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.At least 6 years of experience in Design and architecture review.At least 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesSecurity expertise in SAP S4HANA, HANA, FIORI, ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / BOBJ / GRC (hands on experience in min 3 systems – for example ECC, GRC and S4HANA)GRC Access Control support / implementation experienceExperience in Process control & Automations will be added advantage.Team leading / Management Experience, resource planning, issue resolution, weekly status reports, and timesheets.Experience in SoD remediationExperience on working on security assessments for various SAP systemsExperience in conducting SOX controls and reviewsExperience with SAP Activate MethodologyAbility to communicate and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholdersStrong communication skills and ability to understand Life Science specific document requirements and experience of updating the same.Experience in providing professional client presentationsEffective time management, Communication, and organizational skillsProficient in use of Word, Excel, Visio and Power point.Ability to work independently without any supervisionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess relevant facts.Should have worked on S4HANA RFPs as SAP security consultantGood understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain.Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Onsite and offshore coordinationHigh Impact communication with senior stakeholdersAbility to communicate and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholdersMonitor systems and report any issues to Senior SAP Security and Controls Consultant.Provide technical support for customer Role implementation and /or Role redesign by assisting customers in defining Roles and remediating potential Segregation of Duty (SoD) conflictsProvide technical support for customer implementation of SAP-based technology like Centralized User Administration, Identity Management (IdM), Single Sign-On, and SAP GRCAssist in customer training for SAP security and controls concepts including basic User and Role maintenance, implementing Access Control/SoD tools, etc.Provide first-level support for users with security-related problems or questions about the systems administeredResearch client problems and provide accurate documentation to client in a timely and effective mannerEnforce security policies and procedures by performing periodic reviews of security reports for the customersIdentify trends in reported security violations and recommend changes in policies, procedures, or user training/awareness to address unfavorable trendsAccurate and timely time reportingContinuously develop problem solving skills and utilize critical thinking processDevelop awareness and understanding of SAP Security productsAssist fellow Colleagues when problems ariseDevelop and maintain clear and concise documentationMotivated self-starter with exceptional team building, leadership and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with onsite-offshore models and has led a team of offshore and onsite developerTeam player with the aptitude to work in time sensitive environmentsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
