We provide services to our external partner Life Insurance Carriers, Advisors and Fund Managers in support of the Private Placement Variable Universal Life (PPVUL), Private Placement Variable Annuity (PPVA), Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI), and Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) products. Responsibilities: Become a subject matter expert (SME) on the VPAS® Life system and the process flows for the different tasks and products we service for our clients.Build and maintain a strong professional partnership with the client, being fully versed on the client’s products and service offerings and ensuring compliance with all Infosys McCamish processes and procedures.Responsible for risk mitigation and error/problem resolution through collaborative discussions with team members, other service teams, system engineers (SEs), business analyst (BAs) and leadership. Work alongside the Process Specialist, performing Quality Assurance reviews on all tasks processed for the day.As a team member and SME, you are expected to share knowledge with other team members to ensure full comprehension of all downstream impacts of the process flows.You will periodically assess our processes and provide input/suggestions for efficiency gains to reduce risks and increase profitability.Qualifications:Basic High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. At least 4 years of experience in Insurance industry PreferredAnalytical and problem-solving skillsWritten and verbal communication skills, with a focus on the detailsAbility to anticipate future client needs through reporting, administration and client interactionsFacility to understand, create, and perform process flows for multiple product types Knowledge of financial products and back office operational processesKnowledge of Private Placement Variable Universal Life (PPVUL), Private Placement Variable Annuity (PPVA), Indexed Universal Life Insurance (IUL), Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI), and Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) productsNote: Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).
