This role demands strong functional and technical expertise in manufacturing execution systems, with a focus on delivering value through digital transformation in manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy MES solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.Analyze business processes and translate them into MES functional requirements and technical specifications.Configure and implement key modules (Production, Quality, Inventory, Maintenance).Integrate MES with ERP and Quality systems using middleware tools such as Informatica or SAP PI/PO.Provide hands-on support for MES systems including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and minor enhancements.Develop and maintain SSRS reports and SQL queries to support operational and business reporting needs.Assist in effort estimation, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.Support data acquisition and connectivity using IGS OPC DA or Kepware OPC Suite.Technical SkillsAny MES Platforms:Database & Reporting: Oracle, MS SQL Server (2008–2019), SSRSConnectivity: IGS OPC DA, Kepware OPCIntegration: Experience with ERP/MES integration using middlewareMES-MOM Expertise: Strong understanding of Manufacturing Operations Management principlesProfessional AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience in Agile project environments is a plusEducational QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldNice to HaveExperience with the latest version of GE Proficy Plant Applications, Aveva PI HistorianExposure to multiple MES domains (e.g., Pharma, Automotive)Familiarity with cloud-based MES deploymentsKindly share English profile only, with net salary expectations (renta líquida mensual) About UsInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
