Skill / Experience Requirements: Academics and Work Experience requirements:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 5-9 years of experience with Information TechnologyTertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. Desired Skills and Experience: Must Have skills:Strong experience in UI, API Automation using Selenium (JAVA), Rest Assured and Postman to develop & maintain Automation framework/libraries, tools.Strong experience in Mobile applications Automation using Appium, Headspin, Selenium (JAVA) to develop & maintain Automation framework/libraries, tools.Good understanding and experience in creating robust automation framework, which is reusable and easily maintainable.Experience in API automation testingShould be able to independently create, execute and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks.Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development)/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity and Playwright-BDDExperience in scripting/development experience (JAVA, J2EE, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell, Python, etc.). Experience in Code Coverage tools like Jacoco, JSCover, Sonar, etc.Should have experience of working with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle etc .Experience in working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.Experience in code version controlling tools like GitHub, Bitbucket etc.Experience in project management tools like JIRA, ALM, Rally etc.Should be able to efficiently lead a team of automation testers which is not co-located (onshore/offshore model) Demonstrated experience managing and building effective working relationships at all levels of an organization.Should have strong communication skills and good at stake holder management. Nice to Have skills: Exposure to latest trends in Quality Engineering space, like RPA, Analytics driven testing, usage of AI/ML in QA.Knowledge on GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot and its adoption within enterprisesGood experience on mobile automation solutions like UFT Mobile and others to provide fit for purpose solutions for our clients.
