The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Microsoft technologies, managing cloud infrastructure on Azure, and designing efficient SQL databases. You will play a key role in developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions.Location:Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Office attendance schema:Hybrid (3 days per week)Language:100% Conversational.Key Responsibilities:• Implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, etc.).• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC).• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software.• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and configurations.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.• 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core).• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.• Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure SQL.• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).Preferred Qualifications:• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-900, DP-300)• Experience working in US Healthcare Payor domain• Experience with Entity Framework, Blazor, or other modern .NET frameworks.• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
